This Privacy Policy describes how Pixo Rhythm Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Forms AutoDoc (the “Add-on”), our marketing website, and related subscription checkout flows.
By installing or using the Add-on, visiting our site, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Add-on or our services.
1. Who we are
Forms AutoDoc is a Google Forms add-on published by Pixo Rhythm Technologies. The Add-on runs as Google Apps Script on Google’s infrastructure and uses Google APIs (Forms, Drive, Docs, Slides, Gmail, and related services) to automate document generation from form responses.

2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the Add-on, we may process the following categories of information:
- Google account information — such as your Google account email address, used to identify you for quotas, licensing, and Gmail sending limits shown in the Add-on.
- Form and response data — questions, answers, and metadata from Google Forms you connect to the Add-on, solely to generate documents and perform actions you configure (for example, file names, conditions, and email content).
- Configuration data — template IDs, folder IDs, output settings, email templates, conditional rules, and similar settings you save in the Add-on sidebar. This is stored in Google’s services (for example, Script Properties and your Google Drive) as part of normal Add-on operation.
- Generation logs — timestamps, file names, and status messages for document generation events, stored in connection with your form configuration.
- Subscription and billing data — if you purchase a paid plan, we receive license identifiers (such as your licensed email or Workspace domain), plan type, and subscription status. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Add-on and website;
- Generate, store, and email documents according to your configuration;
- Enforce free-tier daily generation limits and validate paid Individual or Business licenses;
- Process subscriptions, send receipts, and provide customer support;
- Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Where data is stored
- Google — Most Add-on data (configuration, generated files, emails sent via Gmail, and form-linked storage) remains in your Google account and Google’s systems.
- Firebase / Firestore — If the publisher has enabled licensing, anonymous usage counters and license records (for example, subscription status and licensed email or domain) may be stored in Google Firebase Firestore under the publisher’s project.
- Stripe — Billing and customer records for subscriptions.
5. Google API Services
Forms AutoDoc’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features of the Add-on that you request, and we do not use it for advertising or unrelated purposes.
6. Sharing with third parties
We may share information with:
- Google — as required to operate the Add-on on Google Workspace;
- Stripe — for payment processing and subscription management;
- Service providers — hosting, email, or infrastructure vendors that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations;
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
7. Data retention
Configuration and generated files in your Google Drive follow your Google account retention settings. Generation logs and Script-stored data persist until you remove the Add-on configuration or delete associated resources. License and usage records in Firestore are retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and support. Stripe retains payment records according to its policies and legal requirements.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for securing your Google account and reviewing sharing settings on generated files.
9. Your choices and rights
- You can stop using the Add-on at any time and revoke its access in your Google Account permissions.
- You can manage subscription billing through Stripe customer emails and the billing portal linked from checkout.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data. Contact us to make a request.
10. Children
The Add-on is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International users
If you access the Add-on or website from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
